Frequently asked questions
What happens to transparent areas?
JPG has no transparency, so those areas turn white. If you need the see-through background, use WebP or keep the PNG.
Will the image look worse?
For photos you usually cannot tell. Screenshots with lots of text or logos can show slight artifacts at edges, PNG is the better format for those.

How does this tool work?
Converts files across multiple domains (3D/CAD meshes, video, raster & vector graphics, firmware & ROMs, structured datasets, documents, audio) directly in your browser.
Drop files into the upload zone or select them via file picker. The tool automatically detects each file category and populates compatible target formats. Convert files individually or in batch with a live progress bar, then download them one by one or bundled into a single ZIP archive. All processing runs 100% locally on your machine.
Where are my data processed?
Only in your browser. Your data is not sent to any server.
The tool calculates and converts with JavaScript right on your device. Input and files are not sent to us or anyone else. You can check this yourself: load the page, disconnect from the internet, and the tool keeps working in the open tab.
