## How it works

An interactive tool to slice and animate 2D sprite sheets.

The tool analyzes the uploaded image and splits it into a grid based on your specified frame width and height. You can select frames interactively by clicking them, define the sequence, and adjust play speed (FPS) and zoom. Everything runs fully locally in your browser, including exporting as a GIF.

Calculates sub-rectangles for grid frames. Uses a time-delta animation loop on a crisp 2D canvas, encoding animated GIFs via web workers.
