# Favicon Generator > Generate a complete favicon package (ICO, PNG sizes, Apple touch icon, web manifest) from an image, text, or emoji, including ready-to-use HTML code, as a ZIP download. - Open in browser: https://pockettoolbox.org/en/favicon-generator - Runs entirely in your browser; files and input are never uploaded. ## How it works Creates a complete favicon set from an uploaded image or from text/emoji with a freely selectable background color and shape. Renders the source image or text via canvas into all common icon sizes (16, 32, 48, 180, 192, 512 px), assembles a real multi-resolution .ico file from them, and additionally generates a site.webmanifest plus matching HTML tags. Everything is generated locally in the browser and downloaded as a ZIP archive. Scales source images or text via canvas to various icon sizes (16px to 512px). Bundles PNGs, real ICO files, and web manifests into a ZIP archive. --- PocketToolbox (https://pockettoolbox.org/en)
